Deborah Haro, J.D.

Deborah Haro began working at The Hawkins Center in 2007.    Deborah is the Center’s Legal Program Assistant and Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC).    She works directly with Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities to assist them in their employment efforts.    Deborah provides outreach to beneficiaries with disabilities and work incentives planning and assistance.  Her work at The Hawkins Center is partially funded by the Social Security Administration’s Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) project.

Deborah graduated from Holy Names College in 1998 with a BA in History, and subsequently completed her legal education at John F. Kennedy School of Law in Contra Costa County.
