Helpline
We have staff attorneys and legal assistants available five days per week
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to answer questions and offer
guidance on all matters relating to Social Security benefits. We assist
clients, the general public, private and governmental agencies, or any
other interested party with questions. Common inquiries include:
how to apply for benefits; overpayments; underpayments; continuing eligibility;
returning to work; and income and resource limitations. Interested
persons may drop-in or call us at (510) 232-6611 for this free service.
